The workshop focuses on the development of feature film scripts in the early development phase and includes several workshops held throughout the year in various European cities.

When East Meets West market ended this week in Trieste. Along with Hana Jušić winning financial support for the development of her new film, two of Kinorama's projects were also presented at the market. The Sandbag Dam by director Čejen Černić was presented at the Co-pro Forum, while the Staffroom by Sonja Tarokić was presented as part of the FirstCutLab+ program. The projects were presented by the directors as well as producers Ira Cecić and Ankica Jurić Tilić. Ankica also participated in an interesting panel on the topic of trends in co-production between western and eastern countries.

A great start to the year for Hana A great start to the year for Hana

Director Hana Jušić cannot say that 2020 started badly for her - her new film God Will Not Help won the support of the Re-Act Development Funding, which supports Croatian-Slovenian-Italian co-productions. Kinorama is developing this film in cooperation with Slovenian production company Gustav film and Italian company TICO Film Company, and the news was released at the just-finished When East Meets West market in Trieste. In addition, Hana's name is on the list of young filmmakers who have been granted residency in Paris as part of the Cinéfondation program. Cinéfondation is a program that has been running since 1998 as part of the Cannes Film Festival and which is devoted to discovering the new talent. Each year, 12 young authors from around the world move to Paris for several months and have the opportunity to participate in numerous workshops, lectures and cultural events of this inspirational city to perfect their projects.
